The TextureExists method returns true if the specified texture resource exists.

Argument list
- name [const Marshal::In<std::string>]
- The shader-visible resource or input name to look up.
Return value
- [bool]
- True if the compiled shader program exposes a texture resource with the specified name, false otherwise.
